The EA comes will 2 licences. You can use the EA as many times as you want as long as you do not exceed 2 IP addresses at any one time. Additional licences can be purchased from EAFactory if you need to.

As with all EA they have to be connected to the internet all the time while the market is open by using a VPS service or keeping your computer on all the time.
